Willie George Searight, Jr.

Willie George Searight, Jr., age 75, passed away on April 18, 2026. He was born on July 21, 1950, in Calhoun County, Alabama, to his loving parents, the late Willie George, Sr., and Jannie Lee (Allen) Searight.

He was the beloved father of Willie Searight, Dametrius Lamar, Wakesha Searight, Willamena Searight, Sharon Harvey, Tanteana Harvey, William Harvey, Ross Searight, Willie Searight, III, Nathaniel Searight, Melodie Daughtery, Christina Daughtery, and Rikki Daughtery. He was a cherished grandfather of Dametrius, Jr., Deanna, Alaya, LaShaad, Cherish, Trinity, Journey, Lovely, Tramel, TreyVion, Ty'Ann, Taylin, Nazir, Elijah, Zymir, Santana, Nia, Dior, River, DJ Searight, Willie Searight, Jr., and a proud great-grandfather of many.

Willie was the dear brother of Jannie Searight, Annie Nell Searight, James Searight, Spencer Searight, and Jacqueline Searight. He was a treasured uncle to a host of nieces and nephews, the loving companion of Denise Daughtery, and also leaves behind a host of extended family members and friends.
