William Courey, age 55, passed away on June 16, 2024. Born on August 25, 1968, in Cleveland, Ohio, William was the beloved son of his late mother, Joy (nee Courey) Wright, and his stepfather, Howard Wright.
William was a devoted father to his children, Timmothy Courey (Jane), Brandon Courey, Justin Courey (Karla), Kayla (nee Courey) Evans (David), and Samantha Courey. He was also a cherished grandfather to Julian Courey. He is survived by his former wife of 34 years, Sandra Courey. In addition, William is survived by his partner, Tammy Wright Stanton, and her family.
Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, June 20, 2024, from 4 to 6 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a dinner will be held immediately following Services.
