Loving brother of Shirley Turner (Percy) (both deceased), Thomas (Mary Kay), Jacqueline Bryant (Wayne, deceased), Louetta Beam, Robert (deceased) (Dottie) and John (deceased) (Sandy). Dearly loved uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Remembered by many as Uncle Bill. Family and friends are welcome Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the BOLLINGER-BICAN FUNERAL HOME 9810 Denison Ave. from 6:00-8:00pm with concluding services at 8:00pm. Burial in Johnstown, PA.
