Toni Dell Medley, age 77, passed away on January 27, 2026. She was born on September 16, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her loving parents, the late Clarence, Sr., and Louis-dell Huff.
Toni was the beloved wife of Berman Medley; a devoted mother to Christopher Huff (Rebecca Sarota); and a loving stepmother to Tammy Medley. She was a cherished grandmother to Sean Custer, Autumn Deyarmin, Olivia Custer, and Adrian Vandenberg Huff. She was a dear sister to Terri Huff, Louie Huff, Clarence Huff, Jr., and Carlos “Toy” Huff, and a treasured aunt to Antone (Candi) Huff and Angelo (Rochelle) Huff. She also leaves behind many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Toni was the proud matriarch of her family and the heart that held them together.
Professionally, Toni was a dedicated government employee, working for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Outside of her career, she was a lifelong artist. A gifted musician and singer, Toni performed throughout Cleveland for more than 60 years. She was also an accomplished actress, appearing in numerous productions at local theaters. It was through her love of the arts that she met her husband, Berman, during a performance at Cleveland Public Theatre—an experience that marked the beginning of a beautiful life together.
Toni will be remembered for her talent, strength, warmth, and unwavering devotion to her family and community.
