Theresa M. Jeffreys

Theresa M. Jeffreys, age 71, passed away on April 17, 2026. She was born on June 13, 1954, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her loving parents, the late Joseph and Mercedes (nee Tipton) McFadden.

Theresa was the beloved mother of Melissa Ledger, Rebecca Bailey, and Mikki Jeffreys. She was a cherished grandmother of Jordan Ledger, Devon Brooks, Arielle Brooks, Faith Koziol, Spencer Koziol, Madilynne Ellison, Jazmynne Ellison, Jesse Bokmuller, and Ryan Farris, and a proud great-grandmother of Ryleigh McFadden.

She enjoyed plastic canvas, horror and sci-fi movies, and was an avid zombie fan. Theresa also loved hockey, reading, and, most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
