Teresa Mojica Delgado

Teresa Mojica Delgado, age 72, passed away on December 21, 2025. She was born on August 22, 1953, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to her loving parents, the late Trinidad Delgado and Lucia Dones.

Teresa was the beloved wife of Rev. Francisco Mojica, Sr., and a devoted mother of Jose Mojica (Ruthy), Marie Mojica, and Francisco “Coqui” Mojica (Deborah). She was a cherished grandmother of Isaiah Mojica, Junior Ramos, Jacob Mojica, Joselyn Robelo, Meilani Mojica, Eva Torres, Elias Torres, Ismael Mojica, and Kareem Mojica, and a loving great-grandmother of Luna Liz Ramos. She was also a dear sister and treasured aunt.

Teresa faithfully served as the First Lady of Church En Dios Haremos Proezas, where she was deeply loved and respected for her dedication, faith, and compassion.

Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Teresa’s life on Friday, December 26, 2025, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 11 a.m., at Riverside Cemetery 3607 Pearl Rd. Cleveland, OH 44109 (please meet at cemetery gates by 10:45 a.m.).
