Susan B. Fake

Susan Fake, age 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 16th, 2026.

Susan was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lansing Fake and parents Walter Gwiazdowski and Dianne Werkin.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Shannon Schneider, who dedicated many years to her care, and her son, Brandon Fake. Susan also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Sarah Schneider-Heath (Jacob), Rachel Caveney (Cody), Justin Schneider, Daniel Schneider, Alexzander Schneider (Solana), Brianna Fake and Caitlin Fake. She was a proud great-grandmother to Colton and Kennedy Caveney.

Susan is further survived by her siblings, Carol Gwiazdowski, Mary Dodge (John), and Philip Gwiazdowski (Veronica), as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends who will miss her greatly.

Family was the center of Susan's life. Nothing brought her more joy than visits from her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She treasured the time spent creating memories with those she loved. Susan found happiness in caring for her plants and flowers, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine outdoors and spending time playing her favorite computer games. She never met a stranger and enjoyed connecting with people, whether through a phone call or a friendly conversation while out and about.

Susan will be remembered for her warmth, kindness and the love she shared so freely with her family and friends. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

In accordance with Susan's wishes, no memorial or funeral service will be held. Her family is grateful for the love, support and prayers extended during this difficult time.
