Susan L. Bird

Susan L. Bird, born Susan West to Bill and Jacky West in Cleveland, Ohio on August 10th, 1958, has passed away at the age of 64 in Garfield Hts., Ohio on June 5th, 2023. She is survived by her loving husband Billy Lee Bird, her daughter Alysse Nelson, and her son James West and her fur babies, Isha Bird and Bandit.

Susan loved spending time with her family. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren Kyson West and Aubrey Mason. Susan loved playing pranks on Billy whenever she could and making everyone around her laugh.

Her hobbies included watching The Andy Griffith Show and the painter Bob Ross. 

Susan will always be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, a caring grandmother, a fun-loving prankster, and a great friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is also survived by her sister Shelly Voll-West and an aunt Sylvia Rucinski, preceded in death by her father Bill West, mother Jacky West and daughter Jaquline Lilliana Bird. 

Her dog Isha was Hers and not mine (Lol)  We love you!

May Susan rest in peace knowing that she was loved by so many who were fortunate to know her throughout the years.

A visitation will be held on June 14th, 2023 between the hours of 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111. Friends and family are invited to attend to pay their respects.
