Ruth A. Plachan (nee Sperling), age 91, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017, beloved mother of the late Brian J. Plachan, loving grandmother of Tiffany Wilson (Roger), and great-grandmother of Hayden and Peyton Bodo of Johnson City, TN, dearest aunt of many nieces and nephews.
