Russell P. Tate

Russell P. Tate, 60, of Lorain, Ohio, passed away on October 23, 2023. Born on February 15, 1963, in Lakewood, Ohio, to Betty (Nee. Hawkins) Yakopovich (Mike) and the late Paul Tate.

Russell is survived by his children Raelynn Kirk (Dave), Miranda Simmons (Ray), Jennifer McIntire (Wayne), Michael McIntire, Marissa McIntire, and Melanie Justice, and leaves behind a legacy as a grandfather to 24 grandchildren.

He is also survived by his brothers Bob Tate, William Tate (Lori), and was preceded in death by Sue Mullins, Paul Tate Jr., and Betty Deluca. Russell was an uncle to many.

Russell found pleasure in fishing, gambling, and mechanics, enjoying the simple joys of life. His memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
