Russell Blackburn, age 36, passed away on June 20, 2026, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born on June 1, 1990, in Cleveland, Ohio.
Russell was the beloved son of Donna Blackburn and stepfather David Kyte, and the late Russell J. Winder. He was the loving significant other of Jenalynn Blackburn and the devoted father of Russell J. Blackburn, Jr. He was the dear brother of Larry Blackburn, Gary Blackburn, Thomas Blackburn, Judy Rivera, and Larisa Kyte. Russell was also a loving uncle to Larry III, Lilyana, Chloe, Emanuel III, and Makayla.
Russell enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors. He will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and the memories he leaves behind.
Russell will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends will be welcome on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 5-7 PM at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
