Ronald Stamper passed away unexpectedly Thursday, February  28, 2019. Loving  father of Tanya Davies, Terra Stamper-Chinn and Justin Stamper.    Cherished  grandfather  of Deven  Warner, Taylor Haynes, Jordan Davies, Mya Colon and Xavier Chinn. Loving companion of Cheryl Crabtree. Dear brother of Phyllis Mills-Stamper, Donald (Diane), John and the late Stephanie Jeffers and Theodore Jr. Family and friends are welcome on Monday, March 4, 2019 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Slone & Co.
