Ronald Lee Mangus

Ronald "Pete" Lee Mangus, 65, of Cleveland, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on January 9, 2023. He was born on August 25, 1957 in Logan, West Virginia to the late Ralph and Elizabeth (nee Marcum) Mangus and raised by the late Joann and Jack Mangus.

Ronald will be remembered as a great dad, grandpa, brother, and uncle. He loved going on vacations with his family to the beach. He also enjoyed the sights, sounds, and adventure of casinos and was always up for a chance to win on Blackjack. He will be remembered for his fondness of Ohio sports, especially his beloved Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Buckeyes.

He is survived by loving daughter Christina (Shaun) Henry; treasured grandchildren Derek, Jr., Kaedynce, Jackson, and Brantley; and siblings Teresa Cady, Jack Mangus, Jr., Kenneth (Vicki) Mangus, Ronnie E. Mangus, and Lisa (Gary) Kovach, Melody Johnson; sister-in-law Truly “Sis” Mangus; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brothers Charles “Eddie” Mangus and Ralph Mangus; sister Sharon Gail; and brothers-in-law Richard Cady and Dale Nelson; and sister-in-law Billie Mangus.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 2 - 5:30 p.m. with a celebration of life service at 5:30 PM at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center, 3556 W. 130th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
