Ronald Bellomy

Ronald Bellomy, a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, passed away on March 27, 2024, in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. He was born on February 13, 1947, in Morgantown, West Virginia to the late William Peachey and Betty Bellomy.

Ronald was known for his love of hunting and fishing, enjoying a good book, organizing family cookouts, and his enthusiasm for meeting new people. His vibrant personality and zest for life touched all who knew him.

He is survived by his longtime partner, Joyce Foster; his children Steve Bellomy (Kala), Lisa Silea (Dmitri), Angel Thunberg (John), Jennifer Kolasinski, and Lisa Hastings. Ronald also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life.

In addition to his immediate family, Ronald is remembered by his siblings Jim Bellomy (Laura) and Linda Mollohan. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Kenneth Mollohan and brother Bill Peachey.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 4-5:30 PM with a memorial service and military honors at 5:30 PM at Slone and Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.

Ronald Bellomy will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace while his memories live on in the hearts of those he touched with his kindness and warmth.
