Roger Lee Sexton

Roger Lee Sexton, age 59 of Cleveland, Ohio entered eternal life on December 22, 2010. Son of Raymond and Florence (Whitaker) Sexton (both deceased). Father of Ray, Greg and James Sexton all of Medina, Ohio. Grandfather of 3. Survived by 3 sisters, Alpha Sexton of Whitesburg, KY, Gaynell McMonigal of Mansfield, Ohio and Darlene (Ron) Pettibone of Frankfort, KY. One sister-in-law Karen Sexton of Huron, Ohio; one brother in law Robert Pierce of Shelby, Ohio & a host of nieces and nephews and beloved friends. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Sam, Denver and Bill Sexton. Sisters Lillie Mae Sexton, Bobbie Jean Sexton, Ora Lou Pierce and Helen Cook; nephew Nathaniel Pettibone and granddaughter Evelyn Jane Sexton. Roger made his home with his nephew Jeffrey Cook of Cleveland for the past 11 years. A special thank you to Kenny and Tammy Cook for all their care and help during Roger’s illness.Mr. Sexton was a U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran. Funeral services Sunday December 26, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the Holan-Bican Funeral Home 3324 Fulton Rd. where family will receive friends from 12:00pm-3:00pm. Graveside Service Tuesday December 28, 2010 at 2:00PM at Riverside Cemetery. PLEASE MEET AT CEMETERY ENTRANCE.
