Robert W. Phinney Jr.

Robert W. Phinney Jr. (Bob), age 94, passed away on December 25, 2020. Loving father of Kendall W. Phinney (Deborah), and Keith R. Phinney. Former husband of Phyllis Stickney. Bob graduated in 1958 from Norwich University and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was also a member of Lakewood Kiwanis for over 45 years. The family ask that any contributions be given to Norwich University.
