Robert Harry Dunning

ROBERT HARRY DUNNING, age 80
A 60year resident of the Village of Newburgh Hts., Ohio. He lost his battle with cancer on December 24, 2017. Beloved husband for 54years to the late Rosemarie Dolores (nee Stepka). Loving father of Craig Dunning (Lynn), Corrine Savage, Kelly Dunning and the late Tracy Dunning. Dearest grandfather of Jadyn, Hannah, Jeremy, Jillian and Ryan. Brother of the late Thomas Dunning. Son of Evelyn (nee Stevens) and Earl Dunning (both deceased). Mr. Dunning was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. Dunning retired from the Newburgh Hts. Police Department in 2005 after serving for 25 years. Robert has been a longtime member of St. John Nepomucene Church in Slavic Village. Funeral service Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 10:00am at the BICAN BROS. FUNERAL HOME 5215 Fleet Ave. Interment All Saints Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8pm.
