Born on December 29, 1976, in the vibrant town of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Lillian lived a life filled with dedication, compassion, and love that touched the hearts of many.
As a dedicated Registered Nurse, Lillian devoted her career to caring for others, exemplifying both professionalism and warmth in her interactions. Her commitment to providing exceptional medical care was matched only by her unwavering spirit and kindness, which made her not only a trusted healer but also a source of comfort to her patients and colleagues alike.
Lillian was a devoted daughter to Carmen and the late Nelson Valentin. She carried her father's memory with her throughout her life, embodying the values of love and perseverance he instilled in her. As a loving mother, she nurtured and cherished her daughters, Leslie Marie Quiles (fiance Anthony Martinez) and Angelica Marie Quiles (fiance Matthew Eric Rangel), who brought her immense joy and pride. Lillian's legacy continues through her daughters, who remain anchored by the strength and resilience they inherited from her.
She was a doting grandmother to her two grandchildren, Abel Khali and Kamiyah Jenay Wolford, and her love for them knew no bounds. Lillian’s warmth and affection created cherished memories that will remain with her family forever.
In every aspect of her life, Lillian served as a beacon of support and love. She was a devoted sister to Nelson Valentin, Jr., and a cherished aunt to Anayah Brielle and Eliecel Eziah Valentin. Her family found comfort in her nurturing spirit and unwavering support at every turn.

Family and friends are welcomed Friday, Sepember 19, 2025 from 5:00 ~ 9:00 PM at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center, 3556 West 130th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44111 where Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 10AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
