He was born on July 14, 1945, in Hancock County, Tennessee, to his parents Dana and Luanna (nee. Lawson) Bowlin.
Rex was the beloved husband of Betty (nee. Barnes); loving father of Jessica Barnes, Angie Sweeny, Robin and Rex Bowlin and the late Anita Bowlin; special grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 7; dearest brother of Edith and Blanche Long and the late Faye Long, Geraldine, Eugene and Earl Bowlin.
Family and friends are welcomed SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4TH FROM 2-4 & 6-8 PM AT SLONE & CO. FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 13115 LORAIN AVENUE.
