Renee Scipio

Renee Suzanne Scipio, aged 61, passed away on February 2, 2024. Born on February 24, 1962, in Cleveland, Ohio, Renee was the daughter of the late Henry Watkins and Charlene Antoine-Brown.

Renee was a beloved mother to Shatara Holly Welch, Julion Charles Welch, and Clarence Arthur Perry. She was the cherished grandmother of Julion Welch Jr., Zacharius Townsend, Julieonni Welch, Jeo'Vani Welch, Clarence Perry Jr., and Qhloe Renee Thompkins. In addition to her children and grandchildren, Renee was the dear sister of Gary Evans (Deceased), Sharlynne Cheers (Deceased), Holly Watkins (Deceased), Ronald Watkins, Naomi Jackson, Ernest Watkins, and Thomas Evans. She was also a treasured aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.

Renee's life was characterized by her love for fishing, arts and crafts, reading, and most of all, spending quality time with her family. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her, and her memory will be cherished by those she leaves behind.
