Family and friends are welcome Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 11:00am - 1:00pm at the BOLLINGER-BICAN FUNERAL HOME 9810 Denison Ave. where services will be held at 1:00pm. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio.
