Raimundo Gonzalez

Raimundo Gonzalez, age 100, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2026. He was born on March 15, 1926, in Las Villas, Cuba, to his loving parents, the late Nicolas Gonzalez and Maria Gomez.

Raimundo was the beloved husband of Maura Gonzalez. He was a devoted father to Pastora Gonzalez-Galarza, Roberto Gonzalez, Maria Gonzalez, and Osvaldo Gonzalez. He was a cherished grandfather of Roberto Gonzalez Jr., Thomas Cooper, Osvaldo Gonzalez Jr., Maritza Galarza-Rodriguez, Julitza Scott, Maricel Galarza-Arroyo, Miguel Gonzalez, Daniel Gonzalez, Kenneth Hokes, Alyssa Hokes, and Clea Caldwell. He was also the proud great-grandfather of Liana Gonzalez, Roberto Gonzalez III, Jacob Gonzalez, Noah Gonzalez, Landon, A.J., Elliot, Cooper, Zola Gonzalez, Juliana Scott, and Carlos Arroyo.

Raimundo found great joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved gathering with family and friends to play dominoes, had a passion for writing décimas, and enjoyed spending time watching sports. His kind heart, wisdom, and unwavering love for his family will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
