Quentin Mikhail Daniel

October 8, 1983 — May 14, 2023

Cleveland, Ohio

Quentin Mikhail Daniel, aged 39, passed away on May 14, 2023. Quentin was the first child of Ms. Gloria Daniel and had two siblings in Cleveland, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Audrey Daniel, and grandfather, Willie Daniel. Quentin was the older brother of Charles C. Daniel and Ernest C. Daniel, and they found strength in the Lord to overcome this tragic loss.

Quentin began his career as a barber right after graduating from John Marshall High School. His passion for working in the community led him to help those in need with their grooming needs. Quentin was an entrepreneur who took financial risks, recognizing the potential of maintaining a well-groomed community. He started his landscaping business called Grasshopper Landscaping and also owned several properties in the greater Cleveland area.

Quentin's baptism at Starlight Baptist Church during his teenage years left an indelible mark on his character and shaped the course of his life. It served as a constant reminder of his unwavering devotion and commitment to his beliefs, guiding him through life's challenges with steadfast faith and an unwavering moral compass.

During the early years, Quentin loved to write stories and poems. He was an excellent writer - he even won a contest which led to getting his work published in a book. His love for writing gradually sprouted into his love for reading. Quentin was known to read a plethora of self improvement and business books. This hobby helped shape him into the best version of himself, personally and professionally. It is with great sadness that he is no longer with us, but solace can be found in believing he is in a better place. We will continue to pray that people think before resorting to violence, as taking someone's life is truly worthless.

Quentin Daniel left behind his two beautiful children: Rae'Lyn M. Daniel and Makenzie E. Daniel. May the Lord guide them to success in life, and I request prayers for the mothers of his children, Marquisha D. Davis and Marquitta N. Norman.

We also ask for prayers for his heartbroken aunts and uncle: Willie L. Daniel, Marcellene S. Daniel, Regenia D. Williams, and cousins: Alexis and Antonio Boyd. May the Lord provide them with comfort during this difficult time.

Quentin had a close circle of friends who were an integral part of his life. We pray that the Lord gives them strength to endure this tragic moment. Among his close friends were Ivor O. Anderson, Jermaine Smith, Allen Seats, Mark L. Davis, and many others.

Quentin Mikhail Daniel will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will be cherished, and his legacy will live on in our hearts. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
