Phyllis Stickney, age 91, passed away on April 20, 2021. Loving mother of Kendall Phinney and Keith Phinney. Dear sister of Kenneth Lang. Phyllis was preceded in death by husband Loyd Stickney, and her parents Wilson Lang and Sadie Arbuckel. Private family services were held under the care and direction of Slone & Co. Funeral Directors.
