Paul Joseph Mack, Jr.

Paul Joseph Mack, Jr., age 82, passed away on January 6, 2026. He was born on December 23, 1943, in Defiance, Ohio, to his loving parents, the late Paul and Betty (nee Taylor) Mack.

Paul was a beloved teacher whose passion for learning left a lasting impact on many. He had a deep love for the arts and books, and was an avid reader throughout his life. Paul found great joy in delicious food and cooking, taking long walks through the Tremont neighborhood, and traveling whenever he could. He was a loving friend to many and will be remembered for his warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful presence.

He is survived by his dear brother, Roger Mack; his sister, Cindy (Tim) Rettig; and was preceded in death by his brother, Gary (Anita) Mack. Paul was a treasured uncle and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
