Milagros Beltran, age 57, passed away on December 14, 2025. She was born on September 1, 1968, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her loving parents, Hector Caraballo and the late Anna Lydia Caraballo. Beloved wife of Guillermo L. Beltran. Devoted mother of Andrew Guillermo Beltran, Joseph Anthony Beltran, Hector Manuel Beltran, and Mayra Angelic Beltran. Cherished grandmother of Andrew Beltran, Christina Beltran, Jordan Beltran, Kiaralyz Beltran, Kariel Beltran, Jadelle Beltran, and Hector Beltran, Jr. Dear sister of Hector Caraballo, Jr. (deceased), Lillian Caraballo Gil, and William Caraballo. Treasured aunt of Lydia Caraballo, Lucka Caraballo, Hector Caraballo, Lila Caraballo, Yesi Gil, and Nena Caraballo.

Milagros loved crafting, traveling, reading her Bible, and spending cherished time with her family. She was the rock and backbone of her family—a loving, caring, and selfless soul whose generosity and strength touched all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.

Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 11 a.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
