Michael A. Crider

Michael A. Crider, 58, passed away in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio on March 10, 2023. Michael was born on March 7, 1965 and is the beloved son of  Judith Cassell and Ralph Crider.

Michael was the proud business owner of MAC-HVAC. He took great pride in his profession and worked tirelessly to provide top-notch service to all of his clients in the greater Cleveland area. Regardless of the size of the job that Michael worked on, he always did his best and was thorough - ensuring a safe, quality repair or installation.

He was a devoted son and was committed to helping care for his mother. Michael enjoyed stopping by his mother’s house to drop off a smoothie and would often do small home repair projects for her. Michael had a lifelong passion for electronics, stereos, and car repair. He was always tinkering with something, and his talent for fixing things was unmatched. He approached every work or home project with a meticulous attention to detail, always striving for perfection.

Michael is predeceased by his father, Ralph Crider. He is survived by his mother, Judith Cassell, brothers  Ralph Crider (Marcia), Randy Crider (Mary Kay), Sam Crider (Gail), sisters Delilah Crider-Wirtjes, Debbie Cottrell (Rich), Denise Crider, and numerous nieces and nephews, and many grandnieces and grandnephews.

Rest in peace, Michael A. Crider, your unwavering commitment to your work and your mother will be deeply missed.

Family and friends are welcome on Sunday, March 26, 2023, from 2 to 4 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 4 p.m., at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111.
