Michael James Coleman

Michael James Coleman, beloved son of Cecile Marek and the late Michael Coleman, died suddenly on Wednesday September 24, 2025, at age 58. He is the grandson of the late James and Helen Marek and Josephine and Leonard Coleman. Michael will be greatly missed by his aunts and uncles, his many cousins, especially Ian, and by his friends and feline companion Mumtaz. Michael was a graduate of Hiram and Middlebury Colleges and recently retired from a 30-year teaching career in Prague, CZ. Family and Friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141 on Sunday, September 28, 2025 from 2-5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, September 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church 3395 E.53rd. St., Cleveland, Ohio 44127. Friends wishing to attend the mass are asked to meet directly at the church. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
