Loving father to Jessica Cruz, Carlos Cruz, Alexandra Novoa, Jasmine Salgado, Juan Fontanez and Melvin Cruz Jr., Son to Pascual Cruz and the late Santos Cruz. Loving Grandfather, Brother and Uncle. Family and friends are welcome at the Bollinger Bican Funeral Home 9810 Denison Avenue, Cleveland on Saturday June 10, 2017 from 10 am until the time of Service at 11am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
