Mary Louise Matzek

Mary Louise Matzek, age 71, passed away on March 6, 2026. She was born on March 8, 1954, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her loving parents, the late Jim and Betty (nee Kroyer) Gullett.

Mary was the beloved wife of the late Gary Matzek. She was the devoted mother of Dawn (John) Mechling (deceased), Jason Norris, and Angela (Greg) Poling. She was the cherished grandmother of Ashley Norris, Joshua Mechling, Emily Mechling, Haley Steers, and Raymond Hamrick. Dear sister of Jim (Bev) Gullett, Wayne (Beth) Gullett, David (Vicki) Gullett, and Anita Gullett. She was also a treasured aunt to a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Mary enjoyed spending her time working on jigsaw puzzles, listening to old-time country music, and watching wrestling. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
