Mary was born on April 11, 1955, in Louisville, Kentucky, to her parents, Michael J. Clare and Helen French. Throughout her life, she demonstrated intelligence, determination, and a strong dedication to her profession. Mary pursued a career as an attorney, serving others through her knowledge and commitment to the law.
