Margot Melendez

Margot Melendez, age 86, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2026. She was born on May 19, 1939, in Comerio, Puerto Rico, to her loving parents, the late Osvaldo and Clemencia Vazquez.

Margot was the beloved wife of the late Pedro Melendez and a devoted and loving mother to Pedro J. Melendez, Raymond Melendez, Soraida Melendez, Manuel Roman, Maribel Gonzalez, Georgi Gonzalez, Henry Gonzalez, and Wanda Navarro. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She was a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother to many, always welcoming her loved ones with warmth, strength, and unwavering support.

Margot was also a dear sister, treasured aunt, and faithful friend to many. She will be remembered for her loving heart, her devotion to family, and the beautiful legacy she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed by all who had the blessing of knowing her.
