Luz Divina Marquez Lozada, age 73, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2026, in Rocky River, Ohio.
Born on July 27, 1953, in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, Luz was the cherished daughter of the late Francisco Marquez and Marcolina Lozada.
Luz was the beloved mother of Luz L. Diaz Marquez (Hansel Cruz) and Angelica Diaz Marquez, and a loving grandmother of Yansel Cruz. She was the dear sister of Ana Luisa Marquez, Mercedes Ortiz, Carmen, Lucia, Lydia, Reinaldo, and Mario Marquez; and the late Maria, Eva, Ramon, Efrain, and Angel L. Marquez.
Luz will be remembered with love by her family and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are welcome on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
