Treasured uncle of Luis Biascochea, Samantha Brown, Jorge Sanchez, Shakira Colon, Mayrim Torres, Stephanie Leon, Lisandra Baerga, and David Pacheco. Beloved son of the late Luis Vega and Miriam Monserrate Serrano.
