Luis A. Davila-Diaz

Luis A. Davila-Diaz, age 68, passed away on July 25, 2024. Born on April 6, 1956, in Gurabo, Puerto Rico, Luis was the cherished son of Lydia and the late Antonio Davila. He was the devoted father of Daniel L. Davila and a proud, loving grandfather to Diego, Joshua, and Sofia Davila (Barbara).

Luis will be deeply missed by his brothers Rafael and Carlos Davila, and his treasured nephew Carlos Enrique Davila-Salvo (Lilly). He is also remembered by the mother of his child, Esperanza Laboy. Luis leaves behind a host of extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

Luis's passions in life included baseball, football, basketball, and music. He also loved family gatherings and traveling, creating countless memories with his loved ones. His warmth, kindness, and joyful spirit will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
