Linda Woods

Linda Ann Woods, age 81, of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025. Born on June 18, 1944, she was the beloved daughter of the late Frank Fowler and Otha Barbare.

Linda was the devoted wife of late Richard Woods and a loving mother to Barbara Dardari, Paul Petitto Jr., Anthony Petitto, Kathy Schoger, Lisa Woods, and Tanya Montgomery (Luecke). She was a proud grandmother of 29 and great-grandmother of 26, cherishing each one dearly.

She is also survived by her loving sisters, Sandra Keene, Edna Woods, and Betty Murphy.

Linda was a kind soul with a warm heart, always ready to share a smile and a kind word. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially her love for bingo and solitaire. Her presence brought comfort and laughter to those around her, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to family will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Friends and family are welcome on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at the Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center, 3556 West 130th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44111. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025, at 10 a.m., at Riverside Cemetery 3607 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109 (please meet at gates by 9:45 a.m.).
