Cherished grandmother of Stephanie Ruggles, Brian Grinnell, Eric Grinnell, Todd Turley, and great-grandmother of Jalynn Carrol and Johnathan Grinnell. Dear sister of Betty Stover, the late Phyllis Pauline Phelps, the late Arlous Werley Phelps, the late Derl Phelps, the late Lowell Phelps, the late Lois Nelson, the late Sharon Parshall, the late Bobby Phelps, and the late Donald Phelps.
