Lillian E. Mills

Lillian E. Mills, age 83, passed away on August 11, 2026. She was born on April 8, 1943, in Logan, West Virginia, to her loving parents, the late James R. and Esther (nee Price) Jarrell.

Lillian was the beloved wife of the late Lewis Edward Mills and the cherished companion of over 30 years, Jessie Fowler. She was a devoted mother to Susan Jarrell, Martin Mills (Deceased), Lewis Mills (Deceased), and Chris Mills. She was a cherished grandmother to Amber Miranda and a loving great-grandmother to Victor Miranda and Samira Miranda.

She was the dear sister of Mary Atwood, Delores Messer (Deceased), Joyce Bledsoe, James Jarrell (Deceased), David Michael Jarrell, Laura Ulch (Deceased), Reva Smith (Deceased), and Patty Jarrell. She was also a treasured aunt to a host of nieces and nephews.

Lillian enjoyed shopping and dining and appreciated the simple pleasures of life. She will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the many memories created throughout her life.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1 p.m., at West Park Cemetery 3942 Ridge Rd, Cleveland, OH 44144 (Please meet at cemetery gates by 12:45 p.m.).
