Kevin Clyde York

Kevin Clyde York, age 64, passed away on June 10, 2026.

Beloved husband of Vicki (nee Finch) for 37 years; loving father of Patrick York and Tara Gale (Richard); cherished brother of Sheryl (deceased) Thompson (Freddie), Thomas York, Timothy York (Rosa), Deborah Bryson, Patricia Michalski (John) and Cindy Soos; adoring Papa of Aiden, Bonnie, Calvin and Delilah; devoted son of Thomas and Joyce York (deceased); Caring uncle and friend to many. 

Kevin was a retired Captain of the Cleveland Fire Department; he enjoyed watching sports with his family and friends. 

He was loved by many and will be missed dearly.

Family and friends are welcome on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 2 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 11 a.m., at St. Vincent de Paul Church 13400 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
