Kevin Lee Hummel passed away suddenly on May 6, 2023, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was 50 years old. He was born on July 17, 1972, in Cleveland, Ohio, to his parents, John Hummel and Esther (nee Cziryak) Carter.

Kevin was the devoted father of Megan Hummel (Leslie Sanchez) and Jordan; dearest brother of many; loving long-time companion of Karletta Dingess; and beloved friend.
