Justin M. Owens

Justin M. Owens passed away on March 5, 2024, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was 45 years old.

He was born on August 28, 1978, in Lorain, Ohio, to his parents, Cleon and Brenda (nee Walker) Elliot.

Justin was the beloved companion of Betsy Medina, and is the devoted father of Josalynn, Meriah and Allissa Owens. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Tr'evon Bulter, Jr. and Syn'cere Owens-Campbell; his siblings, Odell Walker, Jr., Anthony Walker, Calista Elliott, Nelson Elliott, Cleon Elliott, Jr. and other loving siblings; and was loved by many nieces and nephews.

He enjoyed cutting hair for others and loved his music. Most importantly though, Justin loved being with his family-he was truly loved and will be missed by many friends and family.
