Julia E. Ugas

Julia E. Ugas, age 79, passed away on August 19, 2025. She was born on January 6, 1946, in Peru, to her loving parents, the late Pedro Enrique Charcate and Ana Consuelo Vives Lacunza. Julia was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a cherished grandmother, a caring sister, and a treasured aunt. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
