Judy A. Romaniw, age 87, passed away on April 15, 2026. She was born on March 11, 1939, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her loving parents, the late John J. and Josephine Saulit.
Judy was the beloved wife of George Romaniw. She was a devoted mother to Jeffrey (Deby) Romaniw, Carrie Romaniw, John Roman, and Mary Kay (Mike) Fallon. She was a cherished grandmother to Liam, Olivia, and Aidan Fallon. Judy was preceded in death by her brother, John Saulit.
Judy had a deep love for her home and took great pride in decorating, always redecorating so that, as many would say, it felt like the “Winchester Mansion.” The dust never settled as she was constantly refreshing and beautifying her space. She loved shopping and especially enjoyed visiting garage sales and estate sales, never wanting to pass one by when out with her daughter.
She had a passion for flowers and took great joy in her yard, planting and buying new flowers every spring. Judith was extremely religious and a devout Catholic, holding her faith close throughout her life.
In her leisure time, she enjoyed watching western movies and the television series Little House on the Prairie.
She will be remembered for her love of family, especially her grandchildren, her vibrant spirit, and the warmth she brought to her home, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
