Jose Martin Lugo Rivera

Jose Martin Lugo Rivera, age 57, passed away on September 13, 2024. He was born on November 11, 1966, in Yauco, Puerto Rico, to his loving parents, the late Francisco Lugo and Ana Lydia Rivera. Beloved husband of Carmen J. Pagan Velazquez. Devoted father of Carmen (Nono), Mirna (Fernando), Omayra (Christian), Marcos (Marita), Carlos (Ausente), and Arnel Morales. Cherished grandfather to many. Dear brother and treasured uncle. Loving friend to many. Jose enjoyed cooking, making jokes, and cleaning the backyard. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
