He was born on November 22, 1965 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico to Jose R. Diaz, deceased and Maria C. Colon.
He is survived by his wife, Damneris Maldonado; sister, Lydia Diaz; he was a loving step-father, step-grandfather, and uncle to many.
Jose will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio.
