Jose Martin Bermudez Perez, age 61, passed away on July 8, 2026. Born on September 13, 1964, in Cayey, Puerto Rico, he was the beloved son of the late Agustin Bermudez and Julia Perez.
Jose was a devoted father to Luzmar Bermudez, Jeanpier Bermudez, and Omar Bermudez. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Jalicia Bermudez and Yandel Perez, who brought him great joy. He was also a dear brother, a treasured uncle, and a beloved member of his family who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
