Jorge Matias Madera Pacheco passed away on May 28, 2026. He was born on August 15, 2025, in Cleveland, Ohio, to his loving parents, Jose M. Pacheco Madera and Kelliann M. Madera.
Jorge was the beloved baby brother of Noelani Rose Pacheco, Dianelis Ortiz, and Lune K. Ortiz, and the cherished grandson of Ivette Flores Madera and Chago Pacheco.
Jorge brought so much love and happiness to those around him in his short time here. He had a beautiful smile that could light up a room and was a happy baby boy who brought endless joy to his family. He will be deeply loved, forever missed, and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Family and friends are welcome on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 11 a.m. until time of Service at 12 p.m., at Refine Church 8720 Memphis Ave, Brooklyn, OH 44144.
