Jorge "Kojak" L. Santiago, age 81, passed away on September 20, 2026. He was born on January 28, 1945, in Aibonito, Puerto Rico.
Beloved husband of Nilda Medina. Devoted father of Jacqueline, Catherine, Jose, and Luis Ramos. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Dear brother, and treasured uncle and great-uncle.
Kojak was a hardworking man who took great pride in being a loving husband and devoted father. He enjoyed spending time at the casino and making memories with his family. Jorge will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
