Cherished grandfather of Briyonna, Alliyah, Nadia, Ki’Yonn, and Ivyonna. Dear brother of Phyllis Mills-Stamper, and the late Donald Stamper, Stephanie Jeffers, Ronald Stamper, and Theodore Stamper Jr. Treasured uncle. Loving son of the late Imogene (nee. Duty) and Theodore Stamper. Beloved companion of Anita Stamper. John enjoyed racecars and auto mechanics.
