Jerri Amika Evans

December 21, 1981 — April 10, 2023

Cleveland, Ohio

Jerri Amika Evans was born December 21, 1981, to Jacqueline Smith and Gerald Warfield. Jerri was known to many as Mika. She was one of a kind. She had a beautiful soul inside and out. An excellent mother, daughter, sister, and auntie, but she was the best at being a mom and a grandmother. She was the back bone for many, but loved by all.

Jerri went to East High School. Hard working, beautiful soul. A hustle at heart.

Mika could turn anything into a business with her brilliant mind, her creativity, and her imagination, creating who she was. Mika loved to travel all over the world and experience everything that life had to offer.

One word to describe Mika was a fighter, this woman fought through everything and fought hard. She made the impossible look easy and never gave up. An inspiration in a role model to everyone she lift an mark on this earth & lift her positive spirit upon everyone.

A mother of 3 beautiful children. Mika gave here all to her family & her soul will always be irreplaceable. She loved to sing, was a true chef and the life of the party. Love of the family and hero to all. Her life is to be celebrated not mourned over. Though our hearts are heavy, they are full of love, and that is enough to comfort us while you're in Heaven above.

Jerri leaves behind her mother, Jacqueline Smith; 3 beautiful children, Inesha Massey, Avontae massey, and Jeremiah Johnson; 1 grandchild, Zi'Aire Jackson; 5 sisters, Laquisha Collins (Deceased), Delphine Evans, Juanita Evans, Latanya Collins, Nibeebah Warfield; 4 brothers, Tyrone Evans, John Evans, Raymond Collins, Kenneth Evans; 2 aunties; Brenda Miles and Sophia Green.; 1 uncle, Berry McKenzie; and a host of nieces & nephews.

She will forever be missed and will live forever in our hearts. Thank you for all the love and support.
